Gina LeMaster Brown – Owner/Broker - Gina’s career in commercial real estate began in 1997, with a commercial development company, headquartered out of California, where she was named Property Manager for 7-Eleven, Inc. for the State of Florida. Within two years, Gina became Project Manager and was responsible for development of new 7-Eleven stores throughout the State. Her responsibilities included site selection, analysis, contract negotiations, planning and general management of the overall developments from concept to completion. 

 

Over the past years, Gina has provided brokerage and/or development services to companies such as Tractor Supply, Petsense, Advance Auto Parts, 7-Eleven, Inc., Publix Supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Race Trac Petroleum, BP Products, McDonald’s Corporation, Discount Tire Company, Donatos Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, YUM! Brands (KFC, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Long John Silvers, A & W Restaurants), Auto Zone, Wendy’s Restaurant, Church’s Chicken and many more. 

 

Gina is currently the exclusive site selection broker in Central Florida for Tractor Supply, Petsense and Advance Auto Parts. In addition, Gina represents 7-Eleven in the disposition of select closed stores and surplus properties in Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina. 

 

Gina is a past member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Orlando, a local chapter of CREW Network, and served as co-chair for both the Sponsorship and Special Events Committees. Gina was the recipient of the 2022 Esprit De Coeur Award, 2020 Entrepreneurial Spirit Award, and 2018 President’s Award.  

Kimberly Shiver - Property Manager/Sales Associate - Kim’s background includes over ten (10) years in hospitality management, seven (7) years as Area Manager for a small chain of convenience/gas stations in the Disney/Orlando market and over twenty (20) years in commercial real estate as a Property Manager/Real Estate Sales Associate.

 

Currently, Kim handles all aspects of property management including the management account for 7-Eleven, Inc. for the state of Florida.  She works directly with the corporate management at 7-Eleven, Inc. in Irving, Texas.    

 

Kim’s past experiences include all aspects of convenience store management and development, human resources, accounting, property management and being customer service oriented.   She plans to continue her career and branch out into all aspects of retail development and provide brokerage services in all forms of commercial real estate.
